For those who use CH products, templates exist, so you can print and scribble key assignments to try and figure out a good map.  If you use CH control manager, you can also save a profile and use cm print for better reference.

S! all.   I don't want to be a buzz kill.   Has anybody mentioned what type of information  about the clients pc is going to be shared with the developers? The reason why I ask this is because some people will not use a product like Steam due to it being invasive. By invasive I mean that it list every program on ones hardrive.  Further information would be nice to know and upsetting if this point is not mentioned ahead of time. Ok now back to the pre- launch party.

I wouldn't worry about the software being invasive, if it's anything like other software I've alpha tested, then most information gathered will be about Operating System, System RAM, Graphics card, Processor. I can't see them needing more info than this, although it is possible they might collect location data to see where most users are located, in order to stream line online connections and play.

I don't see how.. I believe the standard edition access was always scheduled for Winter of 2013.

Since the first day of pre-order, there was clear statement that winter 2013 will be the beginning of early access for standard edition buyers.

Sorry, I can't be precise enough this time. The team is compiling the early access version at the moment so our live stream (or the recorded video) could be showing the same stuff that you'll see in a few days. It would be strange to give you a guide with a WIP interface

Can you imagine the outcry if October was used as a 'promised' date and it went by unfulfilled? With such a fluid development cycle as flight sims I think a seasonal window is sufficient. I'd personally not expect the Standard Early Release to not be out until the latter part of Winter 2013. Winter does extend into the 2014 year..... though I hope I'm wrong about the potential later release.

Maybe not the record function currently in RoF, but using FRAPS would get elementary videos out to the clamoring public. I think there was a comment regarding the record function and to the best of my recollection it wasn't going to be in the original Early Release.
