GoRam

I'm starting to see a pattern with people posting there system spec and issues with IL-2 and GoRam what is Go ram and why are you using it; if there is a pattern developing here with issues with it?

 

I guess I could google it..no such animal in the google world of GoRam..if anything GoRam sounds like it's a poor man's ram to disk virtualization. if so, I would really rethink you guys blaming IL-2 for the issue.

 

if that is what it is not, please enlightn me.

I'm not sure but think some of the guys here simply refer to GB RAM or VRAM as GO ram/vram and others follow. As in 'I have 8 Go RAM' = 'I have 8 GB RAM'

Don't know why they are doing this though.

ah so they think the vram is sharing from video card to actual on board mem? because I would tell them it's not. that feature is not really working from what I can see on my end.

or if so it's an option in the BIOS settings they need to enable.

Mastiff, I dont mean they are confusing things I just noticed that they are replacing GB with GO in any context, whether it is VRAM or on-board RAM.

that sometimes happens if you been in the game for a long time and allowed the memory to leak. yes this is known. for now I would leave and relaunch the game. after a couple of sortes

Same problem like siky,  memory leak, do not use ramdisk or other virtual stuff. This is a new problem with patch 1.105.
Anwendungspopup: Windows - Fehler in Anwendung: Die Anweisung in 0x0000000001E0278F verwies auf Arbeitsspeicher bei 0x0000000000000000. Der Vorgang read konnte im Arbeitsspeicher nicht durchgeführt werden.

Since yesterday i have the same Problem ! Without any system change...only flying online on Duell Server AND tata... Never had any Problems bevor with bos. I use Win 10 64
