Can't proceed Campaign Part1-Chapter2-Soviet Mission(Altukhov)

I've finished two hand-made missions of Chapter1 & also German mission of Chapter2, however I can't proceed 2nd Soviet mission of Chapter2, Altukhov.

When I click the button, the mission briefing box appears but no text inside. Could anyone help me out?

Just tried it, for I fly the german campaign and didn´t try it yet. Sorry, seems to be a bug, for I got the same result. It seems, the only possibility to start the second chapter, is with the airfield in the south, Trudolubije, this works.

Same here. I cannot start that mission.

I already did that mission a while ago, but to me it is blanked as well. Just tried it.

I think this one got broken in the last update?

Same problem here. I flew it once before the last patch.
