Recalibrate your controllers.

What plane are you flying and which difficulty settings do you use?

Sounds like a calibration problem but you said 2 different devices and same problem?? That's weird.

Have you set anything ingame like dead zones

normal difficulty, calibrated throttle (ch pro throttle)

it says %90 level flight throttle or take off throttle

ok i found it, noise filter applied little bir and i set it to 0, its ok now

just make sure if you are on normal that you are not over stressing the engine as if you do it will limit your power so you dont break your engine

I suggest you add a "[FIXED]" to the title so people can check it in the future.

problem occured again, in ch manager it looks fully forward and i see thorttle go full in the cockpit lever, but it goes back although i don't take it back and still looks fully forward.

as if plane doesn't let me apply full throttle

What difficulty level do you use because if "Throttle Auto limit" is active it saves you from blowing your engine.

i can't see such a setting. i don't play at expert settings

If you don't play at expert setting the game will pull your throttle down not to damage the engine. If you want to fully exploit the engine, fly on expert - with consequences ;)
