P40 auto prop-pitch control stuck to 2600RPM with "warmed up engine" off

Problem: My RPM is stuck to 2600RPM, often going above in a flight session where "warmed up engine" is not ticked in the difficulty settings.

Note how low the RPM and the throttle are (shown by the technochat), and look at the RPM gauge in the cockpit. No such problem with "warmed up engine" ticked.

Same thing here , noticed it since p-40 released! No matter if use auto or manual prop pitch, when cold engine and parked position is selected
