Chalax Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 So as you can possible see, this is my first post. I just found out about this game. I have to say I am really interested, but I just don't know which game should I buy. Stalingrad or Moscow? Is Moscow the DLC or expansion pack? or are they two different games? or do people still play Stalingrad? thanks! and sorry for the noob question...
SAG Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 both are standalone games but are compatible with each other, meaning you can use BoM planes in BoS and Vice-versa. people play BoM/BoS online every day, and as for single player i couldnt tell but probably yes since ive heard that the SP community is larger than the MP S!
216th_Lucas_From_Hell Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Keep in mind that Moscow is still on early access and as far as I recall you need Stalingrad to enjoy the material from that set right now because the Moscow map isn't ready.
-TBC-AeroAce Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Yes be careful if u just purchase bom without bos u will not be able to play until 2016. If you don't want to wait to play get bos
Chalax Posted November 30, 2015 Author Posted November 30, 2015 Thanks for the help guys. I boght bos, but I cant play it. can even find a tutorial. Also, I am using multiple monitors and the mouse cursor exists the game window. making it really annoying to play.
MigSu Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Chalax, did you see what planes those campaign contend? You can then decide what you like, BOM is about 1941 and BOS 1942, so it depends of you, what group of planes models you like, that's it.
KoN_ Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Thanks for the help guys. I boght bos, but I cant play it. can even find a tutorial. Also, I am using multiple monitors and the mouse cursor exists the game window. making it really annoying to play. You tube is your friend for tutorials , i dont think BOS surports multi screeens . Someone should point you in the right dicrection for that , look on the forums here .
216th_Lucas_From_Hell Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Try contacting user Coconut, I think he surely has a multiscreen setup.
Elem Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Thanks for the help guys. I boght bos, but I cant play it. can even find a tutorial. Also, I am using multiple monitors and the mouse cursor exists the game window. making it really annoying to play. I have been using a triple monitor eye-finity setup with BoS since it came out. No problems at all. Are you using full from or windowed view?
LeRocket Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 i also had a problem with the mouse cursor going off screen. it was a big problem in tanks. i found a third party program that allows you to lock your mouse to a single monitor called swapscreen, it's been working pretty well.
indiaciki Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) you can use multiple screens (I use two diplays) with SoftTH 3xxx x 1080 setting. You only have to put the softTH dll into the bin folder where the il2 exe is and don't start with launcher. start by clicking the il2 exe. go to graphics and you get a new max resolution that is 3000+ x 1080 then accept and restart game (does it automatically after you accept) Edited December 1, 2015 by indiaciki
