Looking for mission based servers, have an idea to make it better

I have an idea

 

I am looking for a server that is mission based. I would like to plan out briefings for that particular map and then post them in my squadrons forum. If we know which map is running and what the missions targets are/ or roughly their target area, we can make up a mission briefings ahead of time so that when my guys hop onto the server they know what the objectives are for the mission. Now Im not looking to cheat or to make it to easy but I really want to be able to have my pilots join other squadrons to accomplish the goals. We would need to know ahead of time what the rotation of the maps would be, the weather for the different type of skins and roughly where the targets may be located. This would make it feel much more like the real thing. The C/O's could meet and plan their missions out ahead of time and disburse them to their groups.

 

Please let me know if this is feasible and or if this is already being done on a server. I truly think that it would make for great mission nights and pack the servers for players.

I've been looking to get the TWB server going again but focus on coop missions...I'm really no good at creating a plausible and informed mission style so I'd need some guidance. If you're up to the task of making some scenarios (list locations, aircraft types, roles, objectives, briefings) it'd be great if you send me some content and I can make them into missions quickly.
