Menu navigation issue

Hi, new here so plz forgive. I noticed the navigation of menu adn selection screens lagg or very slow. the ingame movement is smoother and no real issue. Any ideas why. I have a HP mouse that came with system and has latest driver.

 

System specs: Core duo CPU E4500 2.2GHZ

RAM 3GB

32 BIT os(vista home edition)

2 terradyne of external hd space on external drives

vid card;NVIDIA GEFORCE 210 with driver from 2013.

Mouse;one that came with system of HP desktop origin

 

 

I know this is low end, but on a budget and waiting to get a rig that can run it more efficiently. Just strange the menu screens the mouse laggs but when you go the the game itslef it is smooth.

 

 

Even the tanks in the new update I can move the mouse around the tank with no lagg.

This is a sign that you are on the edge of hardware performance limit

 

Try lowering graphic settings  but leave AA at 2X and/or dropping resolution one setting lower than native screen setting

 

try running windowed instead of full screen

 

In Nvidia CP put all settings to max performance
