Getting this error when trying to set up a new pilot,

Same problem here,

 

Problem occurs only when using PWCGBoS.exe

I can create campaign with BosCampaign.jar (no problem).

I think that I see the issue.  I thought that I had set up the exe as a reference to the jar.  Apparently the exe is self contained and effectively the older version, that's why it doesn't know about the new configuration parameters,.

 

Use the jar.
