Dirty Canopy - Shoud we fire the russian cleaners?

Dear good-weather makers,

 

I have some troubles these days with the ground personnal. I think they want me dead, and they hate me so much that they don't even clean my canopy anymore (which is a -REALLY- important think up there!). That makes me pananoid. I see a contact -when possible, across all this spilled oil-, then I engage my defensive manœuvres, barrel roll, almost shit in my flight-pants, and realise that it's just another crushed mosquito on my canopy. 

 

I'm really jealous of german cleaners. How good they are!!! 

 

What should I do? Should I talk to my captain to have those cleaners fired? Should we send some spies in germans airfields to infiltrate the ground crews and learn how they do clean canopy? Should I surrender and try to take the first train to germany before my crew definitly get rid of me?

I don't mind the smudges.

 

I think the scratches are too visible. Look through a scratched window, your eyes won't focus on those tiny scratches unless you intentionally focus your eyes on those tiny scratches.

The smudges are there to give canopy and the glass more 3D feeling, more realistic i think.
