seed when downloaded turning off?

Hi,

 

cant find the topic anymore.

 

When starting the GUI under settings  i cant turn it off. Every time i untick it, after a rebbot its there again.

 

Cant find it under the start.cfg.

 

Where is that cfg file to delet that option?
