When did the Pe-2 Series 100 enter service?

As some, if not most, of you know, selecting the blister canopy mod for the Pe-2 Series 87 turns it into a Series 100. Just to make sure that I fly the Series 100 at a historically accurate time, when did it enter service? And for that matter, when did the Series 87 enter service?
