Well since we are waiting, I've been digging into my models again, and thought I'd share a few pic's. My photobucket page as more works in progress.

 

The 1/48 F16 was built for a friend of mine who is in the 113 TFW.

1/35 Pak 43. Sadly this one fell off the mantle and was destroyed in an earthquake a few years ago.

1/48 Su 27 UB. Just a little more rescribing left to do and the prime and painting. Have to wait till next year as SWMBO does not allow airbrushing in the house

I always like to see plastic model scales. :)

I've done a lot of them when I was much younger and used the Tamiya catalogue as a reference in the early early eighties. I browsed through them for innumerable hours.

I remember painting and glueing the canopy and also putting on the decals where the most dificult partsl

Nice work. I haven't made any in years - tried again briefly about ten years ago - but I'm always interested in seeing what others can achieve.

I never mastered the essential basics, like filling and sanding. Spray painting is a dark art.
