Rapid Despawn of player after mission end

Hi guys, 

Just been playing BOS now more recently after the update and I am very annoyed at how fast the aircraft disappear when destroyed. I like to see enemies crash and screw around after I do to, I dont like how the game decides for me when I quit. It also deletes the wreckage of crashes very quickly, like broken wings when I belly land etc. My computer is easily capable of handling the parts. Graphics are already on max and im playing quick missions 

 

Also when i take off the grass is only in a tiny circle around me, my computer can deal with it, is there a way to turn it on for further?
