I have no access to Campaigns, Missions, Quick Missions and Multiplayer

Hey, 

 

I purchased Il-2: Battle of Stalingrad, I have followed the verious guides on how to activate the game, and I've logged into the game. I have set up my stick, and I have set up my controls. Now I'd like to play, but when I click on Campaign, both BoS Part 1 and Part 2 are locked. When I click on them, it tells me that I can buy BoS in the store, and it redirects me there. I can't play any missions either: When I click on missions, I just get a blank menu. I can set the difficulty, I can return to the menu, but there are no missions to choose. WHen I press quick missions, the HUD disappears and I have to restart the game to get back to the main menu. When I try to play Multiplayer, it just tells me that it can't connect to the Master Server. What the hell am I supposed to do?
