How to find the ships in 1.104

We've received many questions about the ships in the new patch. Here you can find a quick tutorial:

 

How to find the ships in the Quick Mission:

 

1) You've to choose Stalingrad summer or autumn map, any plane and the mission near Volga.

2) Choose "Ships" in the Ground Targets menu

The German army didn't have the ships on the Volga, but you can choose any russian plane and attack them. This exception is made specifically for this mode 

 

How to find the ships in the Campaign:

 

1) You can find the ships in the campaign "Battle of Stalingrad: Part 1" only, in any chapter.

2) For the VVS RKKA you've to choose Ground support mission.

3) For the Luftwaffe you've to choose Ground attack mission.

The question I have is  why do the ships/boats no longer change. I have the same  armored paddle boat  over and over . It use to change to about 3 different style boats. I find the boat in the game all the time . However it is the same one. I does not mater which plane i use or the load out . At one time it did .

You must be unlucky.

I tried different missions in the QMB and the boats are not always the same type for me.

 

It may have something to do with AAA on in the mission settings.

About those troop transporting ferries from scenes of every Stalingrad movies titles and early Call of Duty games?  Also Soviet armed cutters that transported T-34s and those other smaller riverboats?
