My MS FFB2 joystick only goes between 13% and 99% power. How to get full range?

Hi folks,

 

It's time to get back to a bit of regular flying. My joystick, a MS FFB2, has a limited power range of 13% to 99%. I've set it up in the IL2 Key Mappings. What do I need to do to get a full range of power?

PS I'm not using the MS drivers because if I recall it doesn't work on Windows 7. I do have Pinnacle Game Controller software, which I'm yet to be fully familiar with.

Your joystick is calibrated in Games Controllers (joy.cpl) wizard in Control Panel?

 

In BoS controls, in the "graphic" icon o right side of "Engines Throttle Control" the deadzones are set to make the joystick response (orange)  match game response (white)?
