Low fps with grass on 1.104

Hello Gentlemen and fellow pilots, I'd like to know if there is a way to deactivate the grass effect in the summer and autumn of the game, with the new patch and in these maps, when I am either taking off or landing I can see a significant reduction of my FPS.

I have anisotropic filter option to "off"

And antialiasing-transparency setting to "off" on mine. In the nvidia control panel have you tried this?

Your issue is you're running the game on a laptop.

No noticeable slow-down or decrease in performance with the grass and the summer map on my rig, at least - still pegged at 60 FPS (max my old monitor can display) just flying around and throughout my test of the new ground physics/handling effects:

 

 

but yeah, in general, it would be nice to have some graphics setting options so people could adjust things to suit their particular rigs.

i too actually ran into some fps issues last night which i havent seen before

 

I run at 1920 resolution and quite maxed out windowed mode (I stream from time to time and it seems the stream runs smoother in windowed mode... this time however I did not stream) usually when taking off on a packed multiplayer server I have fps around 30, at altitude approximating 50-60

at first I ran very smooth but at one point in a macci with a wingmate at 3K I was experiencing fps drops continously, dropping to 10-15 fps.

i will stay alert if this happens again and report back

I altered my Nvidia settings and things became better but i had to altered my settings. Anyway, it's beautiful flying with these new colors.

Flew same server yesterdat as mentioned above... after approx 30 minutes in I went from 50 fps down  10... I am not sure of this is due to the mission /server or client... but there seems to be an issue definitely.  A  Squad member on my wing experienced the same. I will continue to test and be observant and try out other servers with the same map (Stalingrad autumn)

I have no problem with grass but sometimes the game slows down.

Sometimes gameplay is ok but when I replay track there is a noticable slowdown.
