Am no longer very informed, but i fear that boat has sailed, 10-15 years ago there was a 'glut' of such aircraft but i believe the supply of that type of (comparitively) cheap aircraft has dried up

I own a Yak-52 they can still be found in the 40-60k range for a good one plus they are already in the states. You can buy a brand new one from Aerostar for like 160k I think.
