ReShade and Mediator

Hi Guys, just fippling with ReShade 1.0 and Mediator to get Stukas sweetFX settings activated but I cant for my life understand how to do it. I have chose IL2-game launcher to the right but how in hell do I choose Stukas preset in the other field (the right one)?

 

Help needed...

 

EDIT:

 

1: I how do I enable the fpscounter that was present in the 0.18 release

2: When I press scroll lock I dont get the hint "sweetfx on/off) that also was there in the earlier release
