6./ZG26_Gielow Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 I am having micro stuttering too. I was playing offline quick mission and stutters all the time. It was funny to notice that my Nvidia computer has no problem at all after patch. The AMD VGA one has the problem. I will try to fix it by myself. Any words of Devs about it ???
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted October 2, 2015 Author Posted October 2, 2015 i7 cpu and Radeon 6990 VGA. Right now downloading game again.
LLv24_Zami Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 i7 cpu and Radeon 6990 VGA. Right now downloading game again. Don`t know much about Radeon GPUs but I that is pretty old card, isn`t it? Might be the reason if you are using higher graphic settings. What is the CPU model exactly?
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted October 3, 2015 Author Posted October 3, 2015 (edited) Well I made a fresh install and the game improved a lot. I will take a look now to see if the problem is gone. i7 2600k Win 10 Edit: It is very clear that the stutters only happens when I am facing the ground. When I Stay looking the horizon or climb attitude the game is fine. Edited October 3, 2015 by [JG62]Gielow

Disable CPU hyperthreading if you have it on and try to set Windows power profile to high. It might help.
coconut Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 It might be worth trying to lower terrain quality too. Maybe even try that first. I've noticed that high quality ground textures could cause some stutters.
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted October 3, 2015 Author Posted October 3, 2015 (edited) My GPU has two cores and delivered solid 60 fps before the update. Where can I find the hyperthreading and power settings ?? Edited October 3, 2015 by [JG62]Gielow
Urra Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 My GPU has two cores and delivered solid 60 fps before the update. Where can I find the hyperthreading and power settings ?? Can you try using only one of those gpu's? Youll have lower frames, but stutters might be gone.
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 It seems that turning off hyperthreading on BIOS solved the problem. I will fly on line now to see how it beheaves.
6./ZG26_Gielow Posted October 5, 2015 Author Posted October 5, 2015 NOooooo !!! I still have problems on this computer Any new suggestions ???
Dutch2 Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Check how much Vram BoS is using, I have noticed that this game is using a lott of the Vcards RAM, in my case nearly 3Gb. Download GPUz or HWinfo to measure this. Maybe do a test on checking dual GPU on/off inside the Bos game Use the ingame balanced adjustments and not the high Monitor resolution = ingame resolution max FRP blocked to < 60hz set sound to low quality/bitrate adjustments in AMD catalyst application controlled. CPU internal graphics off??? in case your i7 CPU does have one. BTW I'm using MSI afterburner for ingame checking the resources like FPS/temp/CPUload/GPUload/RAM/Vram etc. All these can be read direct on the gamescreen.
Dakpilot Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 NOooooo !!! I still have problems on this computer Any new suggestions ??? What resolution are you using? as said above it can be quite easy to go above 2GB of VRam of your card, the terrain .gfg edits can do this easily try lowering the ingame terrain settings and or remove the terrain .cfg file (if you used it) MSI afterburner is very good for monitoring. Try lowering resolution a lot to ascertain if it is a graphic card bottleneck/issue Cheers Dakpilot
