help with flightfx or reshade / sweetfx pls and thnx

hi all, am a bit confused .... have read some of the posts in here on reshade and sweet fx

 

i currently use flight fx w wings over flanders field but am trying to learn to fly more and better in il2 bos and love it !!!

 

can i get it working with my install of flightfx?? or do i need to download all new with the reshade setup as described here elsewhere

 

when i try to load il2 bos through my flight fx it kicks back to desktop??

 

any help much appreciated

 

oh, and if i do install reshade etc ... will that in any way gibble my woff set up with the flight fx and sweetfx installed currently for it?

Stuka and Emil are your guys. I had some problems with flight FX and never got it to work. I did use the SweetFX config tool and that worked a treat.

 

Reshader and SweetFX uses SweetFX 2.0 which IMHO is an improvement. To use it you need to remove the current SweetFX from BoS but you can run it in other games if you want.

 

Slight catch, the latest version of SweetFX and Reshader has moved on with an improved GUI, great BUT if you are planning to use/start with the setting posted up by other community members you'll need the earlier version of Reshader/SweetFX.

 

I've got the earlier version installer somewhere on my drive so I could let you download it with some of the other guys in the community's settings. If you want to go that route PM me.

 

I'd also wait to see what minds sharper than mine recommend too
