Copyright and posting fan made Il-2 BOS/BOM videos on Youtube

Hi,

 

I wonder: am I allowed to repost on my Youtube account fan made videos from Il 2 BOS or BOM gamers (ingame video shots with FRAPS or other?)

 

I mean: recording in game videos is not a piece of art , isn't it? Is it protected by copyright? What if there is external "real" music tracks in it, etc, : do I need to show the credits, etc?

 

And in general on Youtube am I allowed to post or repost music from main artists? Some people say it's fair use...Some others say it's an infringement on copyright.

 

But as long as one show "Credits to [copyright holders]" of each individual item (audio, video, picture, text), is it ok?
