Cannot use the game anymore(!?)

I got an answer from the support team about not beeing able to reinstall the game!

I have tried the mentioned actions but it doesn´t work! I have no accsess to FF, TB, Dropbox and a few other programs eother and I cannot understan why installing W10 would make my computer deny those programs that were working before in earlier windos OSs, accsess to the internet! I am fucked!

Sounds to me like you've got some nackered security settings that you pissed off somehow during the update...

 

It is probably more time/energy efficient to do a clean install... You can achieve this through the "Advanced" options when you insert/boot to the Windows installation media.)

 

Download the version of the Media Creation Tool that is relevant to your system (x86 [32bit] or x64 [64bit]) and use it to create Windows media to install from: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

I´ll do a clean w10 install in a few days when I´m back from work. If that doesn´t fix the problem I got a suggestion to create a VPN tunnel for updating an contacting the game server. I guess that will be kind of a last resort!
