Sadly I do not speak German. What does "Horrido!" mean? I've read about it in many books. Some websites suggest it was the German equivalent of "Tally ho", but wasn't it used after scoring victories instead of upon sighting enemy planes?

It´s a kind of battlecry which evolved from traditional hunting and is still used in military units like the Gebirgsjaeger or the Luftwaffe
