Graphics setting bug

When I try to modify the graphic settings from limited fps from 60fps to  no limits not only the game does freeze when I try to to quit it to reboot and activate the new setting but also all my system freeze I need to reset it?!

I did try 3 times.

I have a Windows 7 x64 entreprise pro system on .a pc as follow:

Mémoire système 32720 Mo (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)

Carte vidéo NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (4 Go)

and a 27" philips 273Elh screen.
