IL-2 Skins folder ?

Can you guys explains me how to add skins in the game , is there a skin folder ?

You'll find a folder for each aircraft in IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\graphics\skins

I can't find my skins folder after switching to Steam.

Please advise where one finds the OFFICIAL skins folder (as opposed to the CUSTOM skins folder).
