What Graphic Settings are the best ?

I want to ask you what graphics you recommend with this Specs;

 

CPU : I7-3770K 4,4GHZ

 

RAM : Corsair 16GB 

 

GPU :  GTX 970 OC

Man, I have half the stuff you do, and I can crank it up on Ultra. You can run it maxed out for sure.

 

On a sidenote I switched HDR off, to get more contrast between shadows & highlights.

Is there any point to tweak NVIDIA Graphics Control panel anymore or is all handled by the in game selection. U remember eternally tweaking the graphics settings for previous IL2 games to get the balance of FPS and image quality

I have more or less similar system. I think you can use max ingame settings. I have also Anisotropic Filtering 16x for BoS in Nvidia control panel.

Yes they work in full screen at least.

Really? I have old i7 920 Oced to 4 Ghz and GTX 660Ti and my game is smooth only on standard settings...resolution also matters, Im on 1920x1200 and have vsync on (because of tearing with TiR).

Once you are set, don't forget to download and activate Reshade/SweetFX. It is an absolute game changer.

i7-920 @3.6, GTX470 with 1G, and 6 (or 8?) GB RAM on Windows 7 at 1920x1200. Everything maxed out except for HDR which is off, I'm getting 35-40 FPS up there in cockpit view, but sometimes it drops to 25 when I'm low. Not super smooth, but I can live with this.
