Well your first post about unlocks, now your second post is this ? You know the cliché "first impressions are everything", right?

There's an army of "fans" on this forum harassing anyone asking "the wrong" question. Like why is the content locked, why is the F11 view locked, why do i have to grind in offline if I only play online..... and so on.

It's not a simple question and it appears to many here you decided to pick a very controversial topic on purpose. After 2 years of such discussions on this topic it's been discussed over and over. You can bypass the unlocks by purchasing the Premium Edition. That was our compromise on the topic. If you don't like the design decisions that were made then you are certainly entitled to not purchase the product if that is your choice. There are many who bought ROF and we appreciate that and it made ROF what it is today, but IL-2 is a different product and we went in a slightly different direction than ROF's design.

So, what are you trying to tell us, that if a new player asks about unlocks, the "cool kids" will call him names and make fun of him?

Is that the best you can do?

Jaws,

F11 isn't locked any more. There is an option for bypassing the unlocks. Discussion is fine as long as it is civil and productive. The orignal post was more rhetorical than simple curiosity. And no one is harassing anyone, so called "fans" are allowed to defend the product civilly just as much as people who want to complain about it. But if any thread is inflammatory and not on the level it may get shut down.

Jason

And off the rails by both sides. Closed.
