Well here in Germany, some are trying to force Halloween, as being something typical for here.

Of which I am no friend, there where it has a tradition fine, but just taking up other countries traditions

and dumping your own is just wrong.

But fortunately (and a bit unexpectedly), this did not work that well and it's becoming less and less popular in the past years.

Lucky you! In my area there are still plenty who still try and force it, and if you do not participate, they find it is a reason to throw

raw eggs against your house. That is why my sympathy for Halloween is not very high.
