new problem need be helped ~~about active the key .

i have a 99us dollar version game on the website . i just follow the guide on the home page to play the game on the steam.  but when i enter the game on the steam , its shows my key is not active , i done know how to settle ,so i back to the home page , and press the unlock key buton . 

 

so now , i cant play any version of the bos , neither website version or the steam version ,. they all show me the key does not active .

 

please help me to tell me what should i do ....
