how can play il2bos with the steam ?

i bought the bos from website, now i want to play it on steam , could it be ?   i tired to put the number in the steam , but it doesnt work who can help me to answer my question ? thx very much ~~

You can add it as a 'non-steam' game using that process in Steam so you can launch it from Steam; but you won't have any of the steam functions, I don't think you'd even get the auto update service.

 

Adding BoS as non STEAM game you can use STEAM browser overlay, useful for see NobbyNobbs interactive map over the game (instead Alt+Tab), or use DR-2/WAC disks, and can chat with STEAM friends.

 

I dont test this but think that only STEAM screenshot function is not available (besides the file tools), what is no issue, just use the BoS screenshot key.

Just a heads up, using the steam overlay with BoS may cause some graphical issues with the clouds and some smoke effects!
