Getting #5: Licence Key is not Activatedbos

On both Steam and IL-2 Sturmovik I'm gettng #5: Licence key is not activated. BOS as been activated since March 2014 IL-2 and also activated in Steam but I'm still getting the same response. I've done the whole scenario in IL-2 Get BOS on Steam but to no avail.

I've attempted to help you in the other thread. I know what questions to ask you to fix your situation, but so far you haven't answered what I asked you.

 

Did you buy BOS on our website or Steam? Or both?

First of all this is new to me doing this and no I don't enjoy posting. It was a mistake in posting the second time around. We're not all perfect.
