Ki-43-Ia gun sight issues

I'm trying to play a pilot career with the Ki-43, but I can't seem to figure out how to... Uncover the other side of the telescope sight? I've got through the controls several times, but can't quite seem to figure out which it is.

I think there is another key that allows you to raise your eye to the telescopic sight. I forget which one it is right now.

I tend to not like to in any flight sim, it makes it easier to be tunnel visioned.
