[CPT]milopugdog Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 (edited) What kind of music do you listen to when you fly in BoS/BoM? I find this to be fairly interesting, as listening to different kinds of music can effect how you fly in game. (or at least it does with me) Or would you rather listen to the sound of your engine and guns? Edited July 11, 2015 by =ICOGI=milopugdog
Finkeren Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 (edited) It varies a lot how much I listen to music while flying. Most of the time I actually listen to podcasts of academic lectures (TED talks and the like) with game volume turned almost all the way down. When I do listen to music it's usually alternative rock, heavy metal (mostly the classics and modern thrash) and industrial. Edited July 11, 2015 by Finkeren
6./ZG26_Custard Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I sometimes fly listening to this gentleman who clearly likes to make sweet love to his guitar! 1
Finkeren Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I sometimes fly listening to this gentleman who clearly likes to make sweet love to his guitar! Careful with those sharp strings. 3
BeastyBaiter Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Metal typically, but sometimes a bit of EDM or "other" instrumental.
I/JG27_Rollo Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Sorry for OT but your poll contains an error: it lists Hip-Hop/Rap as "music". 1
rolikiraly Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Where is the 'vegetarian progressive grindcore' option? ( just kidding ) 1
Cybermat47 Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 (edited) Why would anyone listen to something other than this? And if you're playing Cliffs of Dover, you should be listening to this: Edited August 8, 2015 by Cybermat47
707shap_Srbin Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Huun Huur Tu - Orphan's Lament "I'm an orphan; I'm alone. Pity I didn't die as a baby. If I had died as a baby, I never would have suffered. I am the loneliest. Pity I didn't die in my cradle. If I had died in my cradle, I wouldn't have suffered. Pity the baby birds, Left without a nest. Pity a baby, Left without a mother One's fate, One cannot change it. My departed mother, Nothing can bring her back As a bird fell out from mother's nest, I can never see my mother again. Even if she appears again in front of me, tears in all these years and suffers don't fade away. But I can never see my mother again."
BeastyBaiter Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 (edited) Why would anyone listen to something other than this? Metal Machine if flying an IL-2. It's a flying tank, so it still works. Edited August 9, 2015 by King_Hrothgar
II./JG27_Rich Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 They say that Wagner was the first soundtrack artist. If you know him you can hear him all over. I should have gone all the way...Started up and taken off. That would have looked great! Music starts at 0:27
Blitzen Posted December 16, 2015 Posted December 16, 2015 I listen to movie soundtracks-generally Erich Wolfgang Korngold sweeping symphonic tone poems for Waner Brother's films of the 1930's & 40's.
Brogan1 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 I usually listen to either my playlist of rock music related to flight or just being good music (danger zone, gimme some lovin, spirit in the sky, highway to hell, purple haze, etc) or music related to the faction I am playing (Heidi heido heida, Erika, panzerlied, etc for Germans, Crimson tide, hunt for the red October, polyushka poyle, etc for USSR)
Danziger Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 This This one gets me pretty pumped for Moscow lol
