Cannot load any mission after update

Been excited to test the new Rata but after update (worked normal) I do start BOS and chose free flight mission but the mission will not run. I can watch the little horizontal red strip fills up to 100% and it says "loading, please wait" (it took some seconds to continue in the past I remember) but now I get stuck in this loading screen which is showing for minutes over minutes and maybe to eternity. So I have to quit program with task manager. 

 

My first thought was it has maybe something to do with that new graphic settings (I see there is separate SSAO/HDR thingy) but even the lowest settings, online or offline game start, Multiplayer, scripted missions, no matter which plane I chose - I have no chance to get beyond this darn loading screen.  

 

Nothing (including any .ini files) I did changed ... you see me helpless. Anybody having this issue, too? Any clue or suggestion how I could solve it or do I have to reinstall? Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
