=BKHZ=Furbs Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Is there anything better than bacon and egg sarnies on a Sunday morning? *munch
Allons Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Nothing works without Coffee.. Warning, wrong or missing coffee, user stopped. [Retry] [ignore] [OK]
DD_bongodriver Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 (edited) Bacon and egg sarnie in the morning is second best to boerewors on a barbeque any time of day. Edited October 20, 2013 by DD_bongodriver
Cybermat47 Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Sausages beat everything. They work as breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, AND as snacks. They are the food gods.
=BKHZ=Furbs Posted October 20, 2013 Author Posted October 20, 2013 Bongo, its pissing down outside. the bbq might be tricky.
DD_bongodriver Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 There are times you just have to take second best.
=FI=Macca Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Try using am umbrella. Almost did that once finishing bbq season with a buddy of mine in October a couple years ago.
JG300_Fried Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Nothing works without Coffee.. Warning, wrong or missing coffee, user stopped. [Retry] [ignore] [OK] aaaaaaand waffles!
DD_Arthur Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Coffee, croissants, the Archers Omnibus. Look out the window and note the horizontal rain. "Gosh, my dear. Just look at that fuggin' awful weather. Looks like I will be unable to mow the lawn, paint the house or lay those bricks. What a pity." Retire to man cave and fire up CoD, Rof and soon BoS. Actually, because we're being serious now, the best breakfast in the world is a five mile run along a Scottish beach followed by fresh Kippers from a van with a doorstep of buttered bread, a big mug of hot sweet tea and a leisurely Bensons.
Rivet Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 (edited) Is there anything better than bacon and egg sarnies on a Sunday morning? *munch It's good, but I reckon a "Full English breakfast" is a serious contender. Bacon : Three pieces of glorious dry cured back bacon, preferably locally sourced and grilled to crispy perfection. Sausage : Two wonderfully plump sausages, (Cumberland sausages for me), and cooked in a way that keeps in the juices. Black Pudding : (or not ) Two generous slices of black pudding can add tradition to any English breakfast, an acquired taste it could be said. Baked Beans : Contained within a small pot of their own (if you're posh) or straight onto the plate usually. Fried Tomato : A half slice of a large, plump and fresh fried tomato. Fried Mushrooms : A handful of fried mushrooms. Fried Egg’s : Two fresh eggs, fried so that the yellow yolk remains runny and the white is perfectly cooked through. Fried Bread : A slice of fresh white bread, fried to crispy perfection and dry to the touch. Fresh Coffee : Piping hot, freshly ground (we'll have none of that instant rubbish thank you) and topped up regularly. Fresh Toast : Three slices of freshly toasted bread, white or brown according to preference. Condiments : Butter, a selection of jams & marmalade, freshly ground salt & pepper, HP sauce & Heinz tomato ketchup. It's a heart attack on a plate. A great plate of cholestorol to help clog up your arteries. Get it while it's hot, before it solidifies into a great solid lump you could use to grease Antonov AN-225 wheel bearings with. It won't make you too popular with your doctor, but by 'eck it tastes damn good. Edited October 20, 2013 by Rivet 1
ATAG_Slipstream Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 I had some chocolate biscuits for breakfast, but in my defense I am on a diet! I WILL be eating sausages later though.
=BKHZ=Furbs Posted October 20, 2013 Author Posted October 20, 2013 Arthur, Bensons? yuk! did you not see my 'quit smoking' thread? Posh bacon, large free range eggs, thick toasted brown wholemeal bread with real butter, bit of tom sauce, salt and black pepper followed by a big mug of tea and a lovely tobacco free smoke on my vaper, 'virgin rolling tobacco with caramel' favour ...guilt free smoking!
DD_bongodriver Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 Quit smoking?....you won't live any longer, it will just feel like it.

Yes Furbs. I understand you and Bliss now run hand in hand through fields of wild flowers in slow motion whilst clutching your battery powered bong. Lets not get all Pete Townsend about it. 1
=BKHZ=Furbs Posted October 20, 2013 Author Posted October 20, 2013 Hey! you leave Bliss out of this, il have you know under the surface Bliss is a very sensitive, caring and attractive man and if we happen to share a interest in wild flowers, sweet favoured tobacco and weekends in the mountains, its no business but ours. *flounces off in a big girly strop
DD_bongodriver Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 is beginning to wonder what is really being smoked......
ATAG_Slipstream Posted October 20, 2013 Posted October 20, 2013 I'm surprised you haven't been tazered yet Furbs, walking around with that vape stuff in public.
