In the comments on Youtube, it is said that the I 16 footage was inserted. It comes from a film of a real i16 piloted by Barsouk.

I read Russian really badly, but it's easy to understand. I don't think I misunderstood this.

Yup, I had to do a double take and look through the footage frame by frame before I realised he put real I-16 footage in there.
