JG13_opcode Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Hi, My FOV controls work when I use the mouse wheel (to zoom in and out), but if I try to set the same control to the mouse wheel on my X52, or a slider, or even any button on my stick, nothing changes. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm using trackIR, but in CLOD and 1946 it was possible to have zoom/FOV set independently of the Z axis on the TIR. Is this no longer possible? Why does it work on the mousewheel but not on the HOTAS?
JG13_opcode Posted June 17, 2015 Author Posted June 17, 2015 Oh oops, there is a separate "pilot head zoom" control. Never mind. 1
SharpeXB Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Oh oops, there is a separate "pilot head zoom" control. Never mind. So you can assign a zoom axis in CoD now? I assume you're using the TF mod since this isn't available in Vanilla CoD. The lack of being able to assign this as an axis there is a keen disappointment.
Sokol1 Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 No, in CloD you can't assign zoom in axis, only in keys or joy buttons/HAT and this was TF MOD. That game developers must have thought that people has TrackIR or play only with mouse.

You can assign an axis using this utility. http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=37178&highlight=SharpeXB

I greatly prefer BOS. So I guess the answer is... I don't know. Edited June 19, 2015 by 13GIAP_opcode
