Cannot invert mouse x and y axis

I just bought this game on steam because of the discount. But it annoys me because i can not invert mouse x and y axis in the controller setting(i want to invert x and y axis for external camera). Neither derectly inputing "- mouse x" nor clicking the small invert button works because whenever I did this, the camera simply stops responding to my mouse movement. Please help me. Thanks in advance!

Really annoying indeed. Is said to be a known bug. Hope this will be fixed soon as the external camera view in IL-2 was more intuitive as in BOS imho. In IL-2 you moved the plane with the mouse, in BOS you move the camera. What is more, you can't use TrackIR for camera movement in BOS which is a step back to IL-2 imho.

I posted this as a bug 18th march with no reply from tech support http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/15359-possible-bug-unable-invert-mouse-movement/. The game is completely unstable for me it would help if they give us some news about the bugs they are working on for the next release.

 

I got round this bug by inverting the axis via the CH HOTAS control software, depending on what controls you have you may be able to do the same ?
