Cannot see other players in server after updating Dserver

I downloaded Coconut's mission to test with some friends and we couldn't see each other on the runway, at first I thought there was a bug with the mission but I ran my own test server tonight and two of us couldn't see each other nor could I use CTRL F2 to view his plane so something must be wrong. I'm thinking it could be port settings or something but has anyone else had this issue?

I've seen this before and their aircraft appeared as soon as they fired their weapons.

Is that happening all the time? I get this often, but it's random. When it does, I can usually tell who has this problem by looking at the list of clients in DServer.exe. Those with a ping of 1 are not seeing other planes. No idea how to solve it, sadly.

 

By the way, this is not new to 1.011. I've had this problem since the first days I've used DServer.exe, when it came out to the public.

Yeh 3 times in a row first time was using your mission and then the following night I ran my own training mission and we couldn't see each other even thought we were in the same place. I restarted the server and the same thing happened. I'll test it again with us on the runway and then look at the server settings again plus firewall etc as something clearly has happened....I just don't know what
