X52 trottle control

Hey, just finished mapping my joystick, but there is one problem. When I give minimum value on my throttle it gives maximum value in the game and vice versa. I can't figure out how to flip this around so I give minimum and the game registers minimum as-well.

I use the Saitek X52 pro.

 

And another question that's not as important, It seems to be some kind of "motion blur" in game, Can I disable it?

I Figured it out! No need for assistance anymore! And for the "Motion blur" It was more or less just bad FPS that caused that problem, which is fixed too. 
:D

Slacker perhaps you would share your solution with others, like myself, who have the X52.

I guess he found that little button in key mapping setup that inverts the given axis. And Slacker, there is motion blur that you can disable by unticking cinematic in camera setup.
