Stereoscopic 3D

Hi everyone,

 

I am new to this forum, but have been playing WWII simulations for more than 20 years...You guys are doing a fantastic job and this is the best, most exciting and artistic simulation there is!

 

Is it possible to play IL-2 in stereoscopic 3d? This would be the ultimate real-life experience! For flying simulations real stereoscopic 3d is essential I think.

I think it turned out to be the other way around.  O-R dropped all DX9 support despite their mega budget.  777 did everything they could to meet the rift developrs half way.

Of course it is possible to play in stereoscopic 3D (Nvidia 3D vision) - and it is awesome experience.

Is a shame for sure but from my understanding its still quite far from being practical so maybe we are not missing too much atm

Yes.  It's not perfect, but it works.
