7./Sch.G.2_Stublerone Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 Hi to the devs! Just a quick shot from my side, what came in our mind for all those tiny things, that can make a game more immersive. You are known, that even some tiny details could be a lot of fun and a big step towards more immersive experiences. My idea for perhaps far in the future: 1.) Rearm, Refuel, Repair (already implemented in RoF? I think, yes! 2.) What about ground crews, that randomly do something, after you landed, you leave the plane and walk into the buildings to get new ordersin a dynamic campaign for example. While you leave, you see a living airport with refuel trucks coming and ground crews doing things on the planes. An open hangar with sound and working people, parked planes out of service have a cover and standby planes are having their mechanics trying to warm up somehow, even with small campfires, which was often done, as far as I know. 3.) The "Briefings" building is directly and immersively going back into the games menues, you select your load out or do some other stuff or even log out. You have to be roughly aware, which guys from your squadron are also back from front to coordinate the next flight together or wait even for the bomber squadron to come back, until you do new flights. You click on fly in the building, go out and see your engineers prepare your plane, you go there (or will by driven there), jump in and do whatever u have to do (jump in, start up, calling for permission, waiting for your squadron, taxi and start). Just an idea and even when partly implemented, this could add a lot for the airport allday life. Best Stublerone
