Cliffs of Dover: Unless you can find a used hard copy from the release and want to manually download and install a ****load of stuff, there's no way around Steam that I know of.

 

As for the other two: Just buy them here at the official site and DL the launcher, it works great

 

You won't find a DVD copy of BoS unless you stumble upon the special Russian variant, but your request of 'not having to go online' makes no sense anyway. Even if you could obtain BoS on DVD, you'd have to download such a ridiculous amount of updates, that it would make the time saved on installing from a DVD seem utterly meaningless.

 

You just have to adjust to the fact, that these days we buy our games on the Internetz and DL them directly to our hard drives.
