Cool videos. The fisheye camera was a little disconcerting though as I started to feel a little nauseous watching. Still watching the startup procedure looked a lot easier to do in person as opposed to doing the startup in the DCS Mustang.

Not sure what do you mean by this because it's pretty much same procedure in game too, real easy if you know what to do.

I only meant it looks easier because the switches and knobs are right there in full view and within arm's reach. When I do it in game any switch or knob I don't have mapped out I have to bring into view with the mouse and then change it to click on it. It just seems a little more complicated than it appeared in the video.
