Am I right in assuming that the train engine exploded due to cumulative damage from sitting right next to the burning wreck?

too bad that an exploded car turns to a rock, the train cars act different when they explode, maybe a little point to improve there

I'd really like to see the locomotives be a lot more indestructible and have the mass it's real life counterpart would've shown when hitting that car.
