Game crashing while looking the map [patch 1.011]

Hi,

 

on yesterday's night, during the French Wenesdays, we were about 3 or 4 to meet the same game crash :

while flying, we look at the briefing's map to navigate but after some times switching between cockpit and map, the game shut down, back to Windows "Il-2.exe has stopped working"...

I've encountered this problem twice in last night... First after 30min of flight, second after 15min.

One more information, it might help : there are a lot of icons on the map such as front line, ground positions, etc.

Switching to the map means to lad thoses icons, maybe the problem ?

This is due to, to many dynamic icons on the map to load on a smaller GB computer if you have 2gb or less your probably going to crash. V Ram that is.

who ever made the map needs to turn off a lot of icons.

Got this crash back to desktop with same massage "Il-2.exe has stopped working"... several times when flying version 1.010 as well as version 1.0.11. But I can't believe it's a matter of RAM because I run 16GB RAM on my Mainboard (and 4GB VRAM on my Asus GTX 970). May be another reason?

I've got 8Go RAM and an ASUS GTX 780 ROG POSEIDON 3Go, so might something else.

But, as one of the mission editors, i'll give your solution to my mates.
