path to game

every time i go to start the game i get a message telling me connection to master server failed

i have reinstalled the game before but still is persists i'm only on xp and it works fine no lie works fine.

also yesterday on the 1c studios multiplayer server the start icon was not lit up so i could not begin the game

and everytime i finnish playing i geta  microsoft message asking me to send a report

its the registraition screen with my email address and password devs get on it i press it about ten times each time just to load the game up
