Custom Skins not found in game

We came across a problem for one member of our squadron. A test set of skins was shared using a zip file. So far all of us except one has been able to see the games in the custom tab select and fly with them. However one cannot see the skins in game. It looks like they are installed in the correct folder as dds etc etc.

 

Any thoughts out there

My guess, Port Issue on that Client.

 

For client side open port :

28100 UDP

For server side open ports :

28000 TCP

28000 UDP

28100 TCP
